About your coach Greg Pyszczynski
Greg is a logician, a thinker, in constant search for the acquisition of knowledge and
understanding; his ingenuity is in the ability to take the acquired knowledge and put it into application. Greg holds a MS in Exercise Physiology and brings 15 years of experience in all facets of strength and conditioning (Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Bodybuilding), and collegiate sports development to our team. His diverse background and experiences have allowed him to hone his discipline in order to work with anyone in pursuit of physical development. Greg’s approach is process driven, not goal orientated. It is the journey that yields high-end return on investment. Never sacrifice who you could be for who you are.
