Welcome to the Troponin Nutrition plan!

Justin Harris provides coaching for your workout routines and diet plans to keep you in shape. The service allows you to email the coach and text (optional) when you need advice.

Weekly check-ins for diet adjustments! Unlimited email and text correspondence! Longer duration sign-ups are discounted!

  • Plan can be canceled at any time without penalty.
  • The service automatically renews once the plan expires.
  • Plan renewal is scheduled on the day of the following month and the purchase time frame. Payment will be refunded minus processing fees if you forget to cancel and are billed unexpectedly. 
  • Subscription payment dates are not changed if a plan is paused. 
  • This plan purchases a non-refundable 90 days of coaching.
  • Please allow up to two business days following the completed return of our client questionnaire to receive your customized program.

Justin has a very different approach to my certain situation which is the gastroparesis . After only 3 weeks bloodwork and an explanation that I was working with Justin showed my functional medicine dr that we were in the right track. Blood work was better bp was better. My cardio conditioning is better too. To me Justin prescribed the perfect diet that was manageable . I am bz adjusting to all these changes but I really feel we r on the right to achieve my health goals first as well as my bodybuilding goals. First week I lost sixteen pounds 2 and 3 rd week cardio was better and my strength was up despite the weight loss. What else more can I say. I made tge commitment not to quit regardless of anything and Justin took the time and was patient with a retired bodybuilder who needed his help ! I could spend hours on the phone with Justin. I do get hourly consults on an occasional basis . It helps me understand why we r doing what we r doing. .

At the age of forty-five, I had more than 25 years of training under my belt, thought that my best years were behind me, and perhaps I should just try maintaining what I had. Then I hired Justin. There’s a reason he is considered the OG, the GOAT. Since hiring Justin as my coach, I’ve made more progress over the past six months than I’ve made in over a decade.

Justin’s biggest strength and largest asset is that, despite his encyclopedic knowledge, he maintains great humility in his expertise. In a world where coaches either rely on old, outdated, and often debunked information or fall victim to the complacency trap, Justin continuously deepens his knowledge by staying abreast of the current scientific insights and advances in the literature and adapts his coaching based on established facts and emerging data. His thinking and reasoning are rigorous and sound, yet appropriately malleable depending on the available information provided by you as a client as well as the field overall.

Justin is responsive to questions and even more responsive to feedback given not just by the scale but more importantly by your progress pictures and written feedback each week. Where some coaches may view clients’ questions as an affront to their intellect and either don’t want to (or can’t) answer, or worse yet, rely on the tired adage of “trust the process”, Justin actually explains the science behind his process and the changes he recommends. As someone with an autoimmune, chronic condition (Type 1 Diabetes), I require a coach who not only understands the complexity of the condition but who can also discern which roadblocks are and which roadblocks are not a result of the condition. Justin fits the bill on both fronts and tackles obstacles with nuance and sophistication, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach such as “we’re cutting more carbs” as the one and only solution for each and every issue that arises along the way.

Close friends and strangers alike have commented on the visible progress I’ve made and hiring Justin has simply been one of the best decisions I’ve made in years. I give my highest recommendation and endorsement to Justin’s coaching services and look forward to what lies ahead!
