Working with Emmet Browne simplified my prep quite a bit. This was my first real content prep and Emmet was very knowledgeable about what to do and when to do it. He was very quick to assess where I was at when I first started talking to him and formed a plan based on his assessments. The diet plan was laid out very nicely and it was easy to understand and refer back to. I even used it later during my offseason as a quick reference. This entire prep was done remotely. However, it didn’t really seem that way since I was always in touch with Emmet. If I had a question or concern I could always text or email him and he would be in touch almost immediately. This was great since things change so quickly when you’re one or two weeks out and need a prompt answer to a question. The prep was just about the length of my spring semester of college, so about 4 months. It wasn’t easy at all, but with Emmet’s guidance throughout the course of this prep it really took the burden off of me to make judgment calls on things I was unsure of. Like I said before, Emmet was very knowledgeable about this subject. I was very pleased with the outcome of my prep with Emmet. I thought I looked great and the hard work we put into prepping for my showed definitely showed. I would highly recommend Emmet as a prep coach.
Working with Justin was nothing but a positive experience. Having bad experiences with nutritionists in the past, I was hesitant to find someone else that would help me out. After talking with Justin, I was very hopeful that things would work out. Within the first week I saw changes in my body. 6 weeks later, I was in the best shape of my life. When it comes to nutrition and prepping for a show, I wouldn't get help from anyone else. Justin was always there to answer my questions or concerns. Every week, I would send Justin picture updates and he would make necessary changes if needed. Not only did he help me with my diet and prep, but he kept me motivated throughout the whole process. This is by far the best nutritionist that I've worked with. Competing yearly, I will always work with Justin and Troponin Nutrition.

Emmet is a great nutritionist and dietitian. From the beginning of the prep, he has a very methodical and well strategized plan to help you reach your goals. Within the first 4 weeks of prepping for my first bodybuilding contest with Emmet, I was in the best shape I had ever been in. He worked with me weekly and adjusted my routine and diet accordingly to what fits my body most. I'm beyond pleased with the results from working with Emmet and would recommend him to any serious fitness enthusiast looking to take it to the next level and beyond.
My prep for the 2014 Flint mid Michigan was very difficult for me but was made a lot easier through the couching of Emmet Browne. I started off dieting at a very out of shape 205lbs and dropped down to a very lean 172lbs before stepping on stage. Emmet was always very good a keeping in touch with me throughout my prep. Even at times when I wasn good with keeping in touch with him Emmet would still email me asking for updates and progress pictures. Emmet always asked me how I was feeling and would always make sure that the weekly changes to my cardio and diet were working for me. When it came down to my last 4 weeks of dieting I started to become weak mentally and physically but Emmet helped me stay motivated and would always check up on me to see how I was doing. When it came down to the last 2 weeks of my prep Emmet would meet with me almost everyday and would train with me and motivate me through my workouts. He helped me practice posing and made sure that I had everything squared away to compete in the show. Emmet was very reliable throughout my prep and helped me stay on track all through my prep. Throughout my prep Emmet was very generous with his time and even helped apply my tan which took almost 2 hours total, and he did it for free!! Emmet was a great contest prep coach. He was always very thorough with what I was to be doing as far as cardio and my diet. I would recommend end Emmet to anyone who is trying to transform their body through diet ad exercise.
