Your coach's liaison for seamless communication between coach and athlete.
Bodybuilder Stage Prep Services Include:
- All venue and show information will be gathered, and a schedule will be formulated for the athlete
- Handler will accompany the athlete at the venue and appointments as needed.
- Handler will oversee hair, makeup, and tan--ensuring quality and timing
- Reminders, checklists, and any other necessary information as prescribed by coaches will be tracked
- Meal prep, forgotten items, and anything else needed will be attended to
- Backstage props, bands, posing oil, tan touch-ups, and all other last-minute items are taken care of
Handler is current with CPR and extended First Aid.

My name is Renee Reefschlaeger. I am a women’s physique competitor and your stage handler. Stage handling includes everything you could imagine backstage, such as:
- helping an athlete pump up/carb up
- fixing a suit
- last-minute changes from a coach
- dealing with cramping or bad posing oil,
- and everything needed to get on stage perfectly with as little stress as possible.
