gear instruction and weigh in/weight cut coaching $500 This program is designed for the competitive powerlifter. I will guide you through your complete contest prep including a specific training cycle and answer every question about your gear, technique in all three lifts and guide you through your weight cut and rehydration process for the meet day. Also covers how to select your openers and your warm up program for the meet day. |

week weak bodypart improvement program $250 This program is designed specifically to bring up your lagging body parts. Perfect program for bringing up narrow lats, thin legs, lagging hams/glutes, adding size and thickness to a thin back etc. Program is limited to one specific bodypart or area. This is not an overall training program. |

time diet consult $200 A one-time diet plan fully customized to your situation (based on an extensive questionnaire and photos that you send me) that covers diet, supplement, and cardio requirements. There is no continued consultation with this plan – it is a one-time deal. You will have the opportunity to look the plan over and submit any questions you have, but just once. The one-time consultation can be used for a fat loss or lean gain situation. |
